Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the LemonPage AI service (“the Service”), operated by the entity running the LemonPage AI brand (SASU registered in France, VAT-registered), available at lemonpage.ai. They are complemented by the Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) applicable to any paid order, and by the Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose

LemonPage AI is a SaaS tool to generate landing pages with AI, capture leads, run A/B tests and analyze traffic — all in the context of product idea validation.

2. Acceptance

Signing up for the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Subscribing to a paid plan also constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Sale.

3. Account

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any actions taken under your account.

4. Plans & sales conditions

4.1 Free plan

The free plan grants 15 AI credits at signup, up to 2 projects, unlimited pages per project, and up to 100 leads per month.

4.2 Paid plans

Pricing, payment terms, subscription duration, right of withdrawal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Terms of Sale, which complement these Terms of Use and apply to any order.

5. AI credits & use

The Service relies on third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Replicate). Generations consume credits per a published rate card. LemonPage AI does not warrant the accuracy, relevance or originality of generated content and disclaims liability for its use.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you publish or generate via the Service. You grant LemonPage AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license limited to the duration of the contract, to host, display and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is”, with no guaranteed availability. LemonPage AI uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuity, with no SLA commitment.

8. Limitation of liability

LemonPage AI’s liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by you over the past 12 months. LemonPage AI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

LemonPage AI may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts of the editor’s domicile, subject to mandatory provisions more favorable to consumers.
