Terms of Sale

Last updated : April 25, 2026

These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) govern any order placed on lemonpage.ai for the LemonPage AI service (“the Service”). They complement the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

By subscribing to a paid plan or purchasing a credit pack, the customer (“Customer”) acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these Terms of Sale.

1. Seller identification

The Service is operated by LemonPage AI, run by a French simplified single-shareholder company (SASU), VAT-registered in France, reachable at contact@lemonpage.ai. Full legal information is available on the Legal Notice page.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Sale set out the conditions under which the Service is sold to the Customer, whether a consumer or professional, located in France or abroad, acting in a personal capacity or on behalf of a legal entity.

3. Description of paid offers

3.1 Pro plan (subscription)

The Pro plan is an automatically-renewing subscription granting access to all Service features: unlimited projects, pages and leads, 50 monthly AI credits, HTML export, custom domain connection, removal of the “Powered by LemonPage” badge.

Pricing (excl. VAT):

  • Monthly: €9 (excl. VAT) / month
  • Annual: €84 (excl. VAT) / year (i.e. €7 (excl. VAT) / month)

3.2 Credit packs

AI credit packs may be purchased on a one-off basis, with no commitment:

  • Starter — 50 credits — €9 (excl. VAT)
  • Growth — 150 credits — €19 (excl. VAT)
  • Pro — 500 credits — €49 (excl. VAT)

Purchased credits do not expire while the account remains active.

3.3 VAT

Prices are displayed excluding VAT. Applicable VAT (20% in France, the rate of the billing country within the European Union, or exempt outside the EU) is computed and collected automatically by the payment processor Stripe based on the Customer’s billing country and professional status (intra-EU VAT number for B2B customers).

4. Order and contract formation

Orders are placed online: offer selection, redirection to the Stripe checkout, payment information entry, and order confirmation. The contract is formed upon Stripe’s validation of the payment and the confirmation email sent to the Customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other method accepted by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Transactions are secured by Stripe’s protocols (PCI DSS Level 1). LemonPage AI does not store any card data.

For subscriptions, the Customer expressly authorizes recurring charges to the registered payment method on each due date for the entire duration of the subscription.

6. Invoicing

An invoice is issued for each payment and made available to the Customer in their account. The Customer may at any time request a copy of their invoices at contact@lemonpage.ai.

7. Subscription term and renewal

The Pro plan is subscribed for an initial period of one month (monthly offer) or one year (annual offer). It is automatically renewed for successive periods of equal length unless cancelled by the Customer as described in section 9.

Pursuant to French Consumer Code article L215-1, consumer Customers are reminded that they may cancel their subscription at any time, free of charge and without penalty, from their account.

8. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to French Consumer Code article L221-28, 1°, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer’s prior express consent and express acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By subscribing to a paid plan or purchasing credits, the Customer expressly requests immediate performance of the Service and acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal once download or execution has begun. The Service being delivered instantly upon payment, no withdrawal is possible.

9. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time, free of charge and without justification, from the “Settings” page of their account (Stripe Billing Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: the Customer keeps access to the Service until that date, then is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.

LemonPage AI may terminate the contract by right, without notice, in the event of a material breach by the Customer (non-payment, fraudulent use, breach of the Terms of Use).

10. Refunds

No pro-rata refund is owed in the event of cancellation before the end of the current period. Credits already consumed are non-refundable. Unused purchased credits may, at LemonPage AI’s sole commercial discretion, be refunded if the account is permanently closed within 14 days of purchase and without any usage of the credits.

In the event of a major Service disruption attributable to LemonPage AI preventing usage for more than 7 consecutive days, the Customer may request a pro-rata credit on their next invoice.

11. Customer service and claims

Any claim may be sent to contact@lemonpage.ai. A response will be provided within a reasonable time, and at the latest within 15 business days.

Pursuant to French Consumer Code article L612-1, consumer Customers may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator for an amicable resolution of a dispute. EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no service-level commitment (SLA). LemonPage AI uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular due to scheduled maintenance, third-party failures (Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, Recraft) or force majeure.

13. Limitation of liability

LemonPage AI’s liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer over the 12 months preceding the triggering event. LemonPage AI is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of leads, or for the accuracy, relevance, originality or legality of AI-generated content.

14. Force majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any non-performance resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of French Civil Code article 1218, including failure of a critical third-party provider (hosting, AI providers, payment processor).

15. Personal data

Processing of personal data under these Terms of Sale is described in the Privacy Policy. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data.

16. Changes to these Terms of Sale

LemonPage AI may update these Terms of Sale at any time. Subscribed Customers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. The new Terms of Sale apply to orders placed after their entry into force.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or performance falls, failing amicable resolution, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts of the editor’s domicile, subject to mandatory provisions more favorable to consumers.

18. Contact

Questions can be sent to contact@lemonpage.ai.
